This is day 50 out of 84 in my German Volume Training experiment. Final phase of the experiment, phase 3, starts! Five more weeks of training is in front of me and I can't wait to see results at the end. Phase 3 also means return to 10 sets per exercies but with 6 reps (instead of 10 reps as in Phase 1).
