Phase #3, Week #1, Day #3

This is day 52 out of 84 in my German Volume Training experiment. Today's exercise log:

10:30 training
13:00 rice semolina + 2 scoops of whey
15:00 400g of peppers filled with minced meat and rice, fresh salad with olive oil, 250mg of vitamin C
17:00 330g of fruit yogurt
18:30 400g of peppers filled with minced meat and rice, fresh salad with olive oil
20:00 45g of dark chocolate
22:30 200g of herring, fresh salad with olive oil
